1: All goods must be paid for by debit/credit card
at the time of ordering.
2: It is best to order by telephone: Outside of normal office hours, you can either
phone and leave a message, fax or email your order using the email order form on the Order Online page of this website. As
soon as the office re-opens we will telephone you to confirm your order, and only then will we take payment. Please do not
leave any card details on the answerphone, on any fax or in the body of the email.
3: Orders received and
paid for by 2pm will be sent the same day by Royal Mail Special Delivery, subject to the goods being in stock, (with the exception
of iStar kits which are sent via ParcelForce 48 Hour):
4: Goods that are not in stock will be placed on 'back-order',
and not charged for until they have arrived in stock:
5: Any breakages or shortfalls must
be reported to the office upon receipt.
6: Virtually all debit/credit cards are accepted without any transaction
charge. However, in the case of American Express cards, a 5% of order value transaction charge will be payable by the cardholder.
