It is best to order goods over the telephone. Please be sure to have your debit/credit card
to hand, as ALL orders must be paid for at the time of ordering.
If you have placed your order before 2pm it will be despatched the same day. Orders placed
after 2pm will be despatched the next working day.
With the exception of iStar Kits, all orders are despatched by Royal Mail Special Delivery,
ensuring next working day delivery by 1pm.
iStar Kits are sent via ParcelForce 48 hour service.
Please be sure to notify us upon receipt of any damage or order shortfall.
